Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your order. Only the return costs from your home to the online store are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the retailer with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging, unopened. To exercise this right, you can contact us by email (info@curlscontrol.com). We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of the return, provided the product has already been received in good order. Depreciation may be charged if the return arrives damaged. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to try it out, we may charge you for this depreciation. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it. For more information, see articles 14, 16 and 19 in the general terms and conditions.

If you have filed a complaint via info@curlscontrol.com and you do not agree with the resolution, you can submit your dispute for mediation through WebwinkelKeur at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil . As of February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU can also submit complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform . If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to submit your complaint via the European Union platform.
