CC1 level 3

Since the beginning of 2024, CC1 Level III—a Curl-By-Curl cutting technique—has been available. This is truly for the pros. You don't cut according to a technique, but based on your knowledge and skills. It's a technique you cut on styled, conditioned, and dry hair, especially suitable for thin, curly hair, but this technique is also used for fine-tuning. CC1 Level III is the final step for every CC1 curl cutting specialist who truly wants to optimally serve every curly client. We teach you to see curls even better and to trust your knowledge and skills in curly cutting.

Why CC1 level III?

Every CC1 specialist will recognize this: sometimes you'll have a client in your chair who makes you think, "I really can't cut this hair with this technique." The reason varies—sometimes it's a huge head of afro hair, other times it's a client with very thin and fine hair. You want to achieve the best possible result with these clients, too, and that's not always possible by following a set plan or routine.

That's why we introduced CC1 Level III - a dry cutting technique that teaches you to look at curls even better, determine where you want each curl to be and then cut them where they need to be.

What's so special about the CC1 level III Curl by Curl cutting technique?

This technique builds on Levels I and II, but is completely different. Both Levels I and II have clear routing, while Level III requires you to let go of the rules. With the Curl-by-Curl cutting technique, your foundation for Levels I and II is trusting your knowledge and skills in cutting curls.

We strongly recommend that you have already completed CC1 Level I and CC1 Level II before attending CC1 Level III.

Once you have completed these 3 levels, you can rightly call yourself a Master in curly hair cutting ✂️
