CC1 level 2
Just as hairstylists continue to develop their coloring and cutting techniques, the world of curls is constantly evolving. In today's multicultural society, so-called "mixed curls" are becoming increasingly common. To perfectly style these stronger curl types, Curls & More launched the CC1 Level II dry cutting technique in 2021. This technique creates stunning volume without creating bunches.
"Experiencing different curl types is important. Not all curl types can be cut, styled, and cared for in the same way. The type 3 curl is different....

Why the CC1 level II technique?
In our society, we see more and more people with curly hair, including many with mixed curls. For the stronger curl types, from 3a onwards, we've discovered that cutting dry hair has a beautiful effect. This is where the starting point for our new technique arose: to remove the buildup of lines in the hair.
What's so special about the CC1 level II dry cutting technique?
Once again, we created a technical technique. So, not just off the cuff, but by instinct, but truly cutting the desired style with a specific flow. Step by step, the hair is cut—using a specific section—dry to perfection. No bunching of strands, just a beautiful blend, a transition, and the gorgeous volume every curly hair dreams of. Level II can be cut to any length. After applying the CC1 Level II technique, the hair isn't always blow-dryable.
What is the focus of the CC1 level II training day theory?
The theoretical part of this day differs from that of the CC1 Level 1 course. We keep pace with all the developments in the world of curls, and the CG method is, of course, well-known and indispensable in this regard.
Many clients use this method and know exactly what's good and what's not for their curls. And many clients want more information about this method.
Topics that will be discussed during this day include:
- Porosity
- Knowledge of ingredients
- Elasticity
- How do I make clumps?
- What are fairy knots and praying hands?
Do you regularly find yourself with these kinds of curls in your chair? And do you want to be able to manage them even better? Do you also want to be able to answer all your questions about the CG method? Know and understand the basics of this method? And do you also want to learn the fantastic CC1 Level II dry cutting technique, which allows you to perfectly style curls ranging from true corkscrew curls to frizzy hair?
Haven't completed a CC1 level I course yet?
That's generally fine, although we do recommend starting with Level I. Both training days are structured so that CC1 Level I and Level II can be completed separately. Would you prefer to take Level I first? Or perhaps register for both programs? Then register here for the CC1 Level I program.
